Abstract

The previous theological debates on the subject: church office was missing clearly the Trinitarian perspective. This corresponds exactly to Christian practice, which today is often only satisfied with the very marginal references to the Trinity. To the pretty hopeless crisis, which finds expression very strongly in the area of church ministry overcome, return to the Threefold God must be taken seriously. Like the individual Aspects of the Christian faith lose their main context without being taken seriously, the understanding of the office falls into a certain subjectivism and individualism. The recent doctrinal statements of the Catholic Church show a very important transformation, trying to counteract the crisis mentioned above.
