Abstract

The personal approach to education is reflected in the proclamation by Karol Wojtyła - John Paul II expressed through the categories of vocation and task. Therefore he represents the principle and at the same time the chance to understand the subject of education renew, which has become aware of its special value. With all awareness of external conditions of his actions and taking into account the pedagogical Man must always remain certain that he is the real author of his life and that it is he who must take full responsibility for his life. In the moral Awareness of a young person working on his life project is the pursuit of 'something more' hidden. Therefore, youth offers a chance to 'grow'; she is able to to become a stage of 'ascension', which also creates authentic human individuality can crystallize out. From all this follows the need for young people to act consciously and purposefully, to be committed to his development and to undertake the process of self-education. By allowing people to take on their own tasks seeks to fulfill, he contributes equally to the sanctification of the world and to his own salvation, which is itself through married life, the decision to become celibate, family and professional life, various ones forms of social commitment can be realised. All these activities lead to the people to full participation in the life of the world and of the human community. The evangelical metaphors of salt, light and leaven are addressed to all people. Different said, man is the one who creates the "novelty of life" which for him is a reality and at the same time represents a challenge. Life is a talent that every human being entrusted to be transformed, multiplied, and made a gift to others.
