Abstract

Don Bosco's preventive system can find its punctual realization in pastoral care parochial, helping above all to plan it and organize it in a long operational perspective. As an expression of the community fact of ideas and of the life of the Church, it requires full participation in the pastoral work of all the members of the parish community: the parish priest, his collaborators, specialized laymen. Only such participation can generate the true sense of responsibility and effective collaboration. The other condition, also important and indispensable for a good job pastoral care is to give individual members of the pastoral council opportunité to be presentí in all stages of said work, i.e. in the discussion, planning and implementation stage. The system estimate mentions as an important moment the need to make an overall view of the pastoral work. Even the "Salesian Family" finds its place in the pastoral care carried out in the parish. At its center will always be the oratory, in which individual members of the Family will be involved in the various sectors of the process of education of children. They can and must be part of the pastoral council, in which they will be recognized not only as those who help (helpers - as in major part is happening in Poland) the parish priest, but as true and proper collaborators.
