Abstract

Conscience is one of the most discussed problems concerning contemporary humanity. And it is a specific phenomenon of our times. This can be approved by a wiole literature dealing with this event, not only theological but also philosophical, psychological and sociological. This article gives us an autlook of the theories relating to the subject presented by the following authors: Z. Freud, G. Jung, A. Adler, VE. Franki, E. Fromm, G. Allport. The interst of these psychologists, as well as many others, points to the fact, that the problem of conscience will remain in the circle of psychological concern as far as a profound and authentic value will perform a positive function in the individual progress at a human personality.
