Forming to Community with God in the Renewal Movement in the Holy Spirit as the Implementation of the Call to New Evangelization

Abstract

The contemporary world, never before in the history of Christianity, turns away from God. Christians also note the tendency to receive false values ​​with a search to agree with everything, which of them God himself demands. The process of secularisation is proceeding at a worrying pace. He is entering also to nations and societies that have been profoundly Christian up to now, not even sparing families. Therefore the role of the Church today is very important. The Church must stop this process to safeguard contemporary civilization from the danger of moral degradation e spiritual. These ideas, first of all announced by Pope John Paul II, in his message on the new evangelization. The Pontiff calls all the sons and daughters of the Church to collaborate in this difficult task. One of the test initiatives, which wants to be inserted for this purpose, is the movement of renewal in the Holy Spirit. On this great commitment, the Christian's profound formation requires, which will take the initiative for the new evangelization. One of the many elements of spiritual formation, which manages to prepare the commitment for this, the union of the community with God lies in the depths. Formation to the deepest union with God, in the movement of renewal hello Holy Spirit, yes above all through the process of conversion, for the development of the theological virtues and deepening of prayer. It seems that this Movement is capable, despite many difficulties, fulfill these commitments and actively participate in the commitments that lie ahead the whole Church.
