Young people at the center of the pastoral care of the Salesians: the oratorian proposal of work with the young people for the Church in Poland. The main form of Salesian education remains the Oratory, since the Second Vatican Council recognized as the fundamental criterion of the identity of the Congregation in the Church. As a As a result of the socio-political changes in Poland, favorable conditions for rithonium have emerged and development of oratory work with young people. However, the resumption of educational and pastoral activity it should not be limited only to technical recommendations in the process of the organization of the oratorian institution, because it was not sufficient due to the poor educational results. The the first task is the full evangelization of Salesian circles in order to be able to create a new one mentality of the individual members of the religious community and at the same time, understand better all the needs of oratorian activity in favor of young people. The second, is the precise knowledge of young people, their environments and a rethinking of the concept of the parish, so that it can achieve the task of evangelizing and educating. The same oratory m Poland can become a open and desired pedagogical environment, which knows how to combine culture, faith, training, socialization, prayer and fun. It must be said that the groups and also the religious movements, not always they see their mission fully. Often they emphasize only one aspect of their work pastoral. Thus a complex transformation could actually be achieved: from the traditional religion of the Polish Church to the community of small communities. Instead the Oratory should, to be more effective, take m into consideration, during his educational activity, the phases of the development of children and youth. This would avoid a dangerous process, which is currently underway noting, namely the separation of religion from culture.
