Formal and Organizational Assumptions of a Catholic School

Abstract

The problem of how to go to Catholic school is very much felt in Poland today. Before doing it It is important to know what the Church and the State require of people who want to open a school catholic. With regard to this specific point, the Church requires that the school, in order to be called "Catholic" must be approved as Catholic by the competent ecclesial authority. Approval depends from the fundamental principles of which the school is guided in its pedagogical work ed educational, that is, to the Christian message and the doctrine taught by the Church. The formal rules for the opening of any school are also provided for by the civil law. The problem of the organization of the Catholic school is also important; instead as it should present the school environment; what does the Church demand at this point and what needs come here of the civil law. Then the question of management and leadership of the company also arises school in collaboration with the local and universal Church, with parents and with the State.
