This article is a probable answer to the question – about the legality of the strike. For that the foundations of the right to strike are first presented in the light of the compulsory legislation in Poland. Then we talk about the social doctrine of the Church, which suggests resorting to a strike with great prudence, always taking into consideration the bonum commune.
