Abstract

Gender discrimination in the workplace remains a serious issue despite anti-discrimination laws. This
article presents the psychological mechanisms driving discrimination, including stereotypes, social identity, and
authoritarian norms. The consequences for individuals, organizations, and society are discussed alongside multidimensional
intervention strategies covering formal, cultural, and psychosocial aspects. The study employs mixed
methods and literature analysis, emphasizing the need for systemic approaches and leadership engagement.
