The authors are obliged to sign documents regulating the following issues:
Authors are also required to follow the accessibility requirements described in the template. In particular, they must provide a separate Word file with alternative text (alt text) for all figures and short descriptive summaries for all tables, so that the article's content is accessible to readers who are blind or partially sighted. Criteria for Manuscript Evaluation and Editorial Decision-Making
An initial editorial assessment is conducted within 7 days of manuscript submission. At this stage, the Editorial Team evaluates the manuscript’s relevance to the journal’s scope, its scholarly value, compliance with publication ethics standards, and adherence to the journal’s formal and editorial requirements.
A manuscript may be rejected during the initial editorial assessment if its subject matter falls outside the scope of the journal, does not present sufficient scholarly value, or fails to meet the basic formal and editorial requirements.
Manuscripts that pass the initial assessment are submitted to two independent reviewers. Acceptance of a manuscript for publication requires two positive peer-review reports. If at least one reviewer recommends revisions and a subsequent re-evaluation of the manuscript, the author is required to submit a revised version within 10 days of receiving the Editorial Team’s decision. The revised manuscript is then returned to the same reviewer for verification of the scope and quality of the revisions made.
If a manuscript receives one positive and one negative review, it is referred to a third independent reviewer. The opinion of the third reviewer serves as the basis for the final editorial decision. If the third review is positive, the manuscript will be accepted for publication.
A manuscript may be rejected during the external peer-review stage if it does not meet the scholarly, methodological, or ethical standards required by the journal, or if it receives a negative review following revision and re-evaluation.
A submission may also be withdrawn from the publication process in cases where the author does not cooperate with the Editorial Team. If, despite at least two contact attempts, the Editorial Team receives no response within 7 days of the most recent communication, the manuscript may be removed from further consideration.
Editorial decisions are based in particular on the originality and scholarly value of the manuscript, methodological rigor, quality of argumentation, significance of the findings for the relevant academic discipline, consistency with the journal’s scope, and compliance with publication ethics standards.
