Abstract

Kardynal Stefan Wyszynski’s view on labour proves its timeless idea and it can still be rediscovered and inspire those interested in the theory of it. The issues of labour noticed by Kardinal Wyszynski are still im¬portant as they deal not only with the improvement of labour but also with man. In the process of work man should be aware of the variety of different qualifications and especially those which are needed for being competent in a chosen profession. Socio-moral qualities show man’s attitude to work, the level of identity with the job, his attitudes towards the bosses, colleagues and work conditions. It is in good interest for both an employee and an employer as it gives both the advantages such as job satisfaction, higher salary and later bringing economical benefit to the whole company due to the better quality of labour and products. Kardynal Wyszynski called those qualities as virtues of labour Wyszyński. They are blending in perfectly with the model of personal qualities and inreach the theory of pedagogy of labour.
