Editorial policies regarding the journals published at Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw (UKSW) are based on the Libre Open Access standard. This means that all articles published in the journals at UKSW are freely accessible, i.e., they are immediately available for reading, downloading, and sharing, at no cost. Articles published under the Libre Open Access standard may be placed on any website, used for lectures, or included in so-called readers without the need for authorization from the author or publisher. However, proper attribution to the author and license must always be provided.

The policy regarding the copyrights of materials published in journals at Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University is as follows: the copyright of published materials is retained by the authors.  

Articles published in journals at UKSW are licensed under the Creative Commons CC BY-ND 4.0 International license which allows:

• Sharing — copying and redistributing the material in any medium or format, for any purpose, including commercial purposes.

Under the following conditions:

• Attribution — You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do this in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use of the material.
• NoDerivatives — If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you may not distribute the modified material.

Publication Fees Policy: Authors incur no costs related to the publication of their articles, including article processing charges (APCs), language editing fees, colour charges, submission fees, page charges, membership fees, print subscription costs, or any other additional fees. Authors also do not receive any financial compensation for the published materials.

Policy Regarding Depositing Different Versions of Materials Submitted to Journals Published at UKSW: Authors are allowed to deposit the following versions of their articles without any embargo: (1) the submitted version, (2) the accepted version, and (3) the published version, in an institutional or other repository of their choice.
