FOR AUTHORS

Authors publishing in the journal Artifex Novus, issued by the Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University Press in Warsaw, are required to complete and sign the following documents:

1. Article Publication Agreement (to be completed in paper form in 2 copies) – a document regulating copyright matters, granting a CC BY-ND 4.0 International license, and specifying other publication conditions at the UKSW University Press.
2. Appendix to the Publishing Agreement (to be completed in paper form in 1 copy) – a declaration concerning authorship and the originality of the text, non-infringement of third-party rights, specification of co-authors’ contributions in the case of multi-authored publications, confirmation that the article has not been simultaneously submitted to other journals, disclosure of funding sources, required ethical approvals, and information on the use or non-use of artificial intelligence-assisted tools and content generators, in accordance with the journal’s policy on AI use.
3. Subject Classification Form (to be completed online) – a document indicating whether the submitted article relates to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), research on history, religiosity, culture, Polish literature and language, and/or a gender equality perspective.

FOR REVIEWERS

The following types of texts are reviewed in Artifex Novus: Research Articles and Review Articles. Both types of publications may be submitted in Polish or English and are evaluated according to the double-blind review principle.
