Abstract

The imprisonment of one of the members of the family has negative consequences not only for the functioning of the convicted person butalso for the entire family system. The article presents some elements of the functioning of children where the parents are deprived of their liberty, including demonstrating their emotional, educational and social needs. The material also contains conclusions and recommendations relating to the described topic.
