The publishing policy of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw (UKSW) with regard to the journals it publishes is based on the Libre Open Access standard. This means that all articles published in journals published by UKSW are publicly available, i.e., they can be read, downloaded, and shared immediately and free of charge. Articles published in accordance with Libre Open Access standards may be posted on any website, used for lectures, or placed in so-called reading rooms without the need to obtain permission from the author or publisher. However, the appropriate reference to the author and license must always be included.
The copyright policy for materials published in journals published by UKSW is as follows: the authors retain the copyright to the published materials.

Articles published in journals published by UKSW are subject to the terms of the Creative Commons CC BY-ND 4.0 International license, which allows for:
Sharing – Copying and distributing works in any medium and format; for any purpose, including commercial purposes
Under the following conditions:
Attribution – You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, as long as it does not suggest that the licensor endorses you or your use.
No derivative works – When remixing, processing, or creating based on the work, you may not distribute the modified content.
Editorial fee policy: Authors do not bear any costs related to the publication of their articles, i.e., article processing charges (APCs), editorial fees, color charges, submission fees, page charges, membership fees, print subscription costs, or other additional fees. Authors also do not receive any financial remuneration for published materials.
The policy on depositing different versions of materials submitted to the editorial offices of journals published at UKSW is as follows: authors may deposit the following versions of their articles in institutional or other repositories of their choice without any embargo: 1) submitted, 2) accepted, and 3) published.

Long-term archiving service: Published issues of “Załącznik Kulturoznawczy” are permanently stored in the National Library.
