Abstract

The article aims to present a model of education involving blind and visually impaired children in pre-school and school institutions in accordance with the strategy of standardization and the objectives of contemporarypedagogy for visual impairment. The paper explains the importance of basic didactic-methodological, organizational and social conditions and also underlines the role of early development support for the quality of inclusion of children with visual disabilities in the public education system.
