Abstrakt

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie działalności zgromadzeń ludowych w okresie republiki związanych z prawem sakralnym oraz ich klasyfikacji. Przed omówieniem konkretnych aktów prawnych podjęto próbę zdefiniowania pojęcia „kwestie sakralne”. Z analizy tematyki proponowanych lub uchwalonych ustaw i plebiscytów wynika, że regulacje dotyczące kwestii sakralnych można podzielić na cztery grupy. Pierwsza dotyczy kapłanów, ich kompetencji i uprawnień. Druga obejmuje zagadnienia odnoszące się do znaków i omenów oraz ich interpretacji. Trzecia związana jest z naruszeniami prawa sakralnego. Do czwartej grupy zaliczyć można regulacje dotyczące kultu i obrzędów.
