EDITORIAL AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Authors are asked to check whether their text meets all editorial requirements. Texts that do not meet the following criteria may be rejected.

• Materials should be prepared in a printed version together with an electronic one in the format of the Microsoft Word editor.
• Authors are asked to provide a short biographical note with the following data: name and surname, title or academic degree, affiliation, ORCID number and specialty they deal with.

• The article should be accompanied by an abstract of no more than ¾ of a page long (1200 characters) in Polish and English, with the title, key words in Polish and English, which should not repeat the title of the work, and an alphabetical list of quoted literature along with pages of articles (in collective works and journals with pages from – to).

• When submitting material for publication, the author is asked to provide their address for correspondence (postal and electronic), and their telephone number.
• Footnotes should be prepared in accordance with the editorial rules of the Legal Journal.
