Abstract

This article discusses the Polish version of the “Good Samaritan Law” as applicable to medical professionals engaged in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of COVID-19. It analyzes the particular provisions of this regulation in the context of medical error in a doctor’s provision of remote medical consultation services online or using another telecommunication system during the corona virus pandemic.
