Foreign authorial expressions regarding nature conservation used in educational practice in the Second Republic of Poland (1918-1939)

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to present the content of selected foreign works and printed sources that were used in teaching and educational practice in public schools in Poland in the twenty years period between the two world wars. The research problem is embedded in the interpretive paradigm of the humanities/social sciences and therefore qualitative research methods were used (qualitative text analysis, hermeneutical understanding). The article implies a problem structure and consists of an introduction, three parts, conclusions and bibliography.
