The purpose of the Legal Journal is to popularize and disseminate the knowledge in the field of legal sciences, including the private and public law, and historical and legal sciences, on the basis of Open Access, as well as to develop scientific thought and inspire discussion in this field through a free and independent view exchange presented as part of publications appearing in the periodical. Its assumption is also to initiate and deepen academic research in the area of ancient and modern legal institutions at the national and international level. The Legal Journal also strives to deepen interest in the subject of the history of the law and contemporary law in the academic community in Poland and abroad.
The mission of the Legal Journal is to publish academic studies in the field of individual branches of the private and public law, historical and legal sciences, as well as legal and comparative studies.
