OPEN ACCESS POLICY
The publishing policy of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw (UKSW) in relation to the journals published there is based on the Libre Open Access standards. This means that all articles published in the UKSW periodicals are publicly available, namely they are accessible to read, download and share immediately and free of charge. It also means that published materials are not only to be read but also reused by others. Articles published in accordance with the Libre Open Access standards can be posted on any website, can be used for lectures, as well as be placed in the so-called reading rooms without the need to obtain permission from the author or publisher. However, one must always include a proper reference to the author and license.

COPYRIGHT POLICY
The copyright policy for materials published in the UKSW journals is as follows: copyrights to published materials remain with authors.
Articles published in the UKSW journals are under the terms of the Creative Commons CC BY-ND 4.0 International license, which allows for:
Sharing – Copying and popularizing works in any medium and format; for any purpose, including a commercial one.
Under the following conditions:
No derivative works – When remixing, altering, or building upon a work, one must not distribute the modified content.
Policy on depositing various versions of materials sent to the Editorial Team of the UKSW journals is as follows: without any embargo, authors may deposit: 1) submitted, 2) accepted, or 3) published versions of their articles in institutional or other repositories of their choice.
Editorial fees policy: Authors do not incur any costs related to the publication of their articles, namely article processing fees (APCs), editorial fees, colour fees, submission fees, page fees, membership fees, print subscription costs, other additional charges. At the same time, authors do not receive any financial remuneration for published materials.
