Guidelines for Authors

Currently, the Editorial Team is accepting articles for 2026.

The editorial board reserves the right to reject articles that do not meet the editorial requirements and guidelines outlined on the journal’s website.
Due to the unpredictable duration of the peer-review process, the editorial board cannot guarantee a specific publication date. As a result, editorial procedures may be significantly delayed.

1. Submitted materials may be in the form of an article, commentary, gloss, review, report and review of legislation, jurisdiction, and journals, as well as editions of sources along with the translation and commentary.
2. The Editorial Team do not return submitted materials and reserve the right to introduce adjustments.
3. The author receives the material to be proofread in an electronic version. Failure to return the author’s comments before the deadline means acceptance of the version of the text received.
4. The Editorial Team do not pay authors for published materials. Each author receives a copy of the Legal Journal.
